Avala Upload provides performant streaming and embedding functionalities. You may embed your uploaded movies on external sites, subject to the platform’s standard embed settings.

5. Storage & Usage Limits

We offer unlimited storage for your uploads. However, excessive usage or misuse that negatively impacts platform performance may be subject to review.

6. View Statistics

Our analytics tools provide insights into views, watch time, and audience location. Statistics are for your convenience and are provided “as‑is” without any guarantees as to accuracy.

7. Compliance & Enforcement

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to copyright. We may, at our discretion, remove content or suspend accounts if we believe there is infringement or misuse.

Avala Upload is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will meet all your requirements.
